Here is another wrecked HUD low rise project for African Americans mostly.It is called The Peabody Project. Take a close look. It is being guttedand rebuilt for the umpteenth time. Nobody who can read news stories reallyremembers how many times HUD's Peabody Low Rise Project has been wreckedby its low life African American, crack smoking HUD tenants. Nobody evencares. They just keep their distance. Lots of innocent European- and African-Americanshave been shot in the head just driving past this place. Once, a woman gotshot in the head just for stopping at a nearby restaurant for a few minutesto buy a bowl of chili. No reason. Just killed for the fun of it. Maybea botched robbery. Who knows. Who cares? Life around the HUD Peabody LowRise Housing Project is cheap.
A few months ago, the doors and windows at the Peabody Low Rise Projectswere all boarded up. Plywood was everywhere. Windows, doors, exits... Why?The many crack smoking tenants in Peabody had wrecked a great number ofthese HUD townhomes. It had happened so often that nobody in St. Louis evencared anymore. It was expected of these low life Peabody residents. Andwhy shouldn't the Peabody tenants wreck their homes? After all, they didn'thave to pay for them.
There was no penalty for wrecking a HUD Home. In fact, there is every incentiveto wreck them. If you wreck one, you are rewarded--with a new one. Brandnew. In a few months, these same tenants will back here enjoying brand newhomes. They will receive their elegant new Low Rise HUD Homes complete withbrand new bathrooms, brand new kitchens, brand new living rooms, brand newbedrooms, brand new cable hookups, possible internet access, and other modernconveniences they wouldn't have if they were nice and civil and kept theseplaces like new.
Giving tenants new homes they themselves help to design is a newly devised"plus" for HUD clients. It is supposed to make the tenants feel"empowered," welcome, and a part of the community at large. Mustbe nice.
It seems ironic to many taxpayers that they themselves, the working workingcitizens of America who are paying the bills for this nonsense, won't haveall these nice things for their own families that these welfare professionalsget. They resent it, saying that these HUD projects are run in a mannerwhich shows their own kids that it really only pays for people to arrangetheir affairs so that they will always be irresponsible, poor, pregnant,unwed, dope-crazed, and lazy.
A typical taxpayer whom we interviewed told us this:
"My kid points to these crack smoking African Americans at the PeabodyLow Rise HUD Project with their new townhouses, their new community facilities,their free access to pubic schools which these pseudo-criminals also tryto trash everything society gives them. My son, Ricky, said, 'Dad. What'swrong with America? Look. This is wrong.'
"I don't know what to tell him. He's right, and, although it may soundlike racism, I try to be honest with my son, so I don't refute what he says.Besides, it's all there. Observation does not lie.
"Here I am, living in an old building in St. Louis costing one-halfof what these things cost, working my ass off. Who wants to work when thefederal government and the city will give you a brand new place every fiveor ten years if you just live an irresponsible, wreckless life, trash yourbuilding, and give nothing back to society, just take, take, take?
"I'm sick of it. I want it to end. It's immoral, evil, and its wreckingthe city. In fact, it's already eaten the city alive. The City of St. Louisis dead. HUD killed it. It's all over."
He is right, it seems. According to a woman we interviewed next, who usedto live here, going straight just doesn't make sense for Peabody's residentslike herself. "We wrecked the shit out of it. Now, we get somethingthat's better. What's wrong with that? White people are the Devil. I don'tcare what you have to pay. It's not enough to make up for 400 years of slavery.You screwed my people. Everything America has, we either built or invented.Blacks make this country go around. Whites are rich from it." The womansaid she hadn't worked a day in her life and didn't intend to. "Whyshould I work? Me? Shit. I ain't never going to work."
What could we say?
MAMA. Anyone know where I put my crack cocaine? Come on, kids. Where's mama'scrack? Don't play these games now. Mama will crack your head open. That'sbetter. Where's the pipe, and the matches, honey?
Peabody Low Rise Housing Project is being refurbished for African Americansat a cost that is far higher than buying them homes in wealthy areas.
Destroying the evidence of Peabody Low Rise Housing Project's failure makessense for HUD, because keeping these expensive townhomes boarded up justmakes people confused. Seeing them everyday in their wrecked condition hurtsHUD policy makers, because people seeing them suddenly realize that HUD'spromises that low rise HUD housing projects just like this failed one isthe answer to poverty in America are full of social engineering and civilrights justification errors, that thirty years of low rise housing in St.Louis proved HUD was being less than honest about it's plans for more andmore and more. However, it just doesn't work. Nothing that HUD does works.
If HUD would only stop its unwarranted projects and let the African Americansleave and find their own way in life on this wealthy continent, this 20-30year hell cyclewould be over. But HUD won't leave, because Civil RightsLeaders are still in Washington acting like the beggars and bootlickersthey are, which is how we shall always remember them in present and futurehistory books.
Once these projects are rebuilt and inhabited by their irresponsible, cracksmoking tenants, it is highly likely that they'll continue their crime waveas they have always done in the past and will quickly drive away the fewEuropean Americans who are left in town. They don't like Europeans much,anyway. In fact, if you ask them, many African Americans will tell you thatthe white man is "The Devil." The government, it seems, is theenemy of its vast majority population of European Americans, hating themjust as strongly as these African Americans do. The government is the nightmareand oppressor for European Americans who live in these areas where HUD isat work.
Russia and Germany together would not have destroyed St. Louis as well theAmericans' own government has done. The government has been a social engineeringdisaster for its European American people. The world, in total disbelief,watches and turns away from us. Our failure and the failure of Russian communistsocial engineering on which it was based (such as East Berlin, Warsaw, andMoscow where similar failed projects abound) has taught Europeans not totry this in their countries. If real professionals like communists in Russiaand liberal democrats in America can't pull this off, how can Europe everhope to? Many European projects have been cancelled, because our own, whichare far better funded, have failed so badly.
In the future, the question of The Separation of Race and State must beanswered so that the government no longer bases its actions on racial socialengineering policies that have not and will not work. Fairness to the majoritypopulation of European Americans must be addressed once and for all. Immoralfavors to irresponsible minorities who don't want to enter into society,be productive workers, finish high school, get married before having children,and live a life clean of dope must be stopped. The wasteful, constantlydestroyed and rebuilt, and useless Peabody Low Rise Housing Project is testamentto the uselessness, folly, and erroneousness of this expensive and ill advisedanti-European American racial policy. It has and will always amount to nothing,except hopelessness and doom for all inner cities. These pictures of destructiontell it all. HUD cannot deny the reality with unsupported fantasies about"how things will be better with low rise housing."
