SEMINOLE VS. FLORIDA
This week, the most remarkable reverse occurrence has transpired which maysolve the United States vs. Federal Government problem.
In Seminole vs. Florida the Supreme Court abruptly redefined the role ofthe Congress and the States, giving "state sovereignty" its dueas guaranteed in law under the 11th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.This will hopefully provide a wedge which will allow our government to straightenup its act of indifference and outright aggression against the Americanpeoples' rights to sovereignty.
Seminole vs. Florida is an affirmation by The Supreme Court that the Statesand their citizens have the right to live their lives without the constantintervention of the federal government and its social engineering bureaucratsinto every aspect of their lives. It also means dropping the government'ssystematic destruction of our culture through integration and immigration.
We shall hopefully have the Supreme Court as an ally which will help toextricate us from the approaching Bosnian Nightmare toward whose edge ourAmerican multiculturalism adventure has taken us. If the court continuesto contain the federal government and to push it aside so that state's rightscontinue, we can avoid war, civil war.
If Americans remove multicultural persons from their faces, Americans maythen be able to avert American race war, of the likeness of the Bosnianmulticultural race war.
