USING AFFIRMATIVE ACTION

AMERICAN CIVIL RIGHTS REVIEW:
The federal governent is giving funds in the pretense that it is using ourtaxes to control chaos while, in reality, those funds are really being targetedto increase chaos. Today, this is what is happening in small cities aroundAmerica. Lots of young blacks are being hired on smaller city police forceswho believe they must follow "affirmative action" guidelines andfill out new Clinton funded police positions with this kind of new hire.
Sometimes these officers are mildly incompetent and lack understanding ofareas where the kids don't hang out and men actually are caring for thehome and family if the wife has a job. Sometimes these black officers huntwhite families all day and hand out bogus speeding tickets until they makesergeant. Normal white teens using basketball courts near their homes aretreated like "rapper gangsters" by these "immigrant cops".Many blacks are now taking advantage of these opportunities and "movingaway from the gangs" in LA and elsewhere. Back ground checks on thesepeople are almost impossible and as you know many inner city crimes arenever solved meaning a lot of people move away scot-free.
So we have University researchers and their families being treated likeinner city derelicts. This is increasing the fear and chaos in many "middleclass" areas. Reno's new rule about making all passengers get out ofa car during the now OK'ed searches for any reason will mean our kids standingin -20 weather while some jerk spends 20 minutes fooling with his computerin his squad car doing background searches.-Ken
