Not a week goes by in the emerging African American ghetto where I livewhen crime does not occur. My next door neighbor, a minister and his missionarywife, both white gluttons for liberal guilt, discovered that Ms. Missionarywas mugged and now has 5 stitches in her head.
The perps? African Americans, of course. Who else? Bambi?
Flying Over Cities
You Can See Where African Americans Live
I have worked in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. I have beento all of the cities of the United States. All of these cities have beenruined by African Americans who refuse to take responsibility for theirlives, their homes, their communities, their children, their spouses, theirincomes, their addicition to drugs.
I can fly in an airplance over these cities and see from a great heightexactly where whites live and exactly where African Americans live, evenwithout seeing their faces or color. I just looked for the wrecked partsof town. I'm always right. Why? Whites don't wreck homes. African Americansdo. The whiter you get (Northern Europe), the more the houses and land lookslike a well tended golf course. Everything is neat and clean. This is aEuropean trait. In Africa, i.e., Nairobi, Soweto, Zimbabwe, everything iswrecked. Why? Africans live there.
End of argument. (Fantasy is the liberal's friend. Facts are their specialspawn.)
Slavery Not Immoral
What makes you think that slavery is an immoral practice? Throughout allof human history, slavery has been a part of the economic structure. Therehave been very few periods in human history when slavery was not the normalway of employing people.
Europeans were slaves for hundreds of years. In fact, the majority of Europeanscame to America as indentured servants, a form of slavery lasting between3 to 21 years. Indentured servitude was used to pay for the Europeans' voyageto the New World. In fact, the European indentured servants were given themost dangerous jobs, such as working in mines, because their shorter termof servitude made them not as valuable to their owners the lifetime slavesfrom Africa, because the indentured servant's contract was of a shorterduration.
As a result, the vital statistics of early America demonstrate a higherdeath frequency for European indentured slaves than for African Americanslaves. If a European indentured slave died, his owner lost far less thanif he lost an African American slave.
Nonetheless, Europeans do not seem to complain about this difficult periodof slavery, or at least I have never once heard a European complain abouthistoric participation in this economic system nor in the Feudal EuropeanSystem from which many of them came in which they were owned as chattelby their aristocratic slave owners.
Only African Americans insist on complaining about slavery. It has beensuggested that they do this in order to cover up their own failure to succeedin the most affluent country in the world's history. And African Americanshaven't just failed here, they have failed as a people in Africa from thebeginning of time. In fact, slavery as we know it, prevailed in Africa forthousands and thousands of years before Europeans ever set foot there. Thefirst explorers found not only slavery but cannibalism. Many of the AfricanAmericans alive today were saved from their neighbors' cooking pots by beingpurchased and brought to America, because one of the major uses of slavesin Africa by some tribes was for cannibalism.
Why Are African Americans So Angry?
Many European Americans comment frequently on how African Americans feelinherent anger at their situation as American citizens. This seems in manyways to have always been the case. Even in Africa, Africans seem to alwaysbe angry with someone.
The only difference between yesterday and today is that African Americans--alwaysfinding fault with rulers, tribes, and religions in their midst--are nowbeing fed free food stamps. However, their proud ethnic lips are still flappingas loudly as possible, even though we are feeding them and their illegitimatebabies for free. In fact, 90% of African Americans in Detroit are on welfareand 90% of the these same African Americans who are supposedly poor havecolor television, basic cable, and health insurance via Medicaid.
If African Americans hadn't had slavery in America, which occurred 130 yearsago, to complain about today, they'd have to whine about something else,because, in Africa, their homeland, complaining is a way of life.
Now, however, African Americans are whining about not only slavery, butabout the "good" things white men are doing to them today, likeour welfare and free housing, because, seeing that we are stupid enoughto give these to them for free, they now want more and more and more. Thisis just pure human nature.
African Americans will continue to whine. Complaining is an African traithaving nothing whatever to do with the experiences of African Americansin America per see. It is just the inherited backdrop of African culturewhich African Americans brought with them when the Americans and the Europeansrescued them from the cannibal's pot in the villages along the Congo Riverand brought them to a New World where they now earn more than 50 times asmuch per year on welfare than their African counterparts in Nigeria, Zambia,Zaire, Rwanda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Soweto earn from working. And they earnthis for not working. But they still like to complain.

My Fellow Americans, it is not so much that we hate, but that we hate whatwe see: The wrecking of properties built to last 1,000 years, but gone just2 to 10 years after a public housing family gets into it and tears it toshreds. And no one does anything about it.
My Fellow Americans, the destruction and dumbing down of our education systemso that poor people with few intellectual skills can pass a few courseswhich, with their low collective intelligence level (60% at feeble-mindedor below, 15% moron level or below), they would otherwise fail.
Look at our African American brothers. Only 24-27% graduate in urban, mostlyAfrican American cities even though African American teachers in urban schoolsare the norm. And one-half of African American graduates are functionallyillerate when these African Americans receive their diploma which is onlygranted because these African Americans had the endurance to show up.
That means African Americans are not failing because of the white man'sprejudice, but are failing despite African American teachers bending overbackwards trying to pass a few of their African American charges.
"Let's Sue To Get A Shopping Center We Can Rob"
Lawsuits from African Americans communities have recently been lodged againstprivate U.S. businesses like Wal-Mart, because they won't move their storesinto lack luster African American communities. These African American communitiesdon't care that almost all chain stores in black communities flee as quicklyas possible and have done so historically, because these companies almostalways lose money in African American communities due to lack of business,higher than average theft goods off the shelves, crime in the parking lots,and ignorant lawsuits by both African American employees and African Americansworkers who "think" they, as African Americans, have been raciallyslighted.
Who needs a marketing demographic like that? Not a profit minded owner ofa large or even a small company. These businessmen are in business to makemoney, not to be sued by African Americans many of whose sons are responsiblefor most violent crimes in America as well as for multi-billion dollar perannum shoplifting scams in order to support their illicit drug and alcoholaddictions. These are the same reasons why most businesses fled from AfricanAmerican communities years ago.
Take it from successful entrepreneurs who are paid to know how to gain profitsfor their stock holders. If there was money to be made the African Americankilling fields, Bloomingdales would open in the African Americans' ghettostomorrow. Profit opportunities knoweth no pride or prejudice.
Nonetheless, the African Americans will complain every day that it is onlyprejudice--and not crime and an almost total absence of suitable disposableincomes--that keeps American, Mexican, Canadian, European, or Asian businessesfrom investing in the African American ghettos.

Let's face it honestly and not emotionally or ideologically, Mr. Liberal.Your position belies thousands of years of history including the last 50years in which African Americans immigrated to our cities.
The African Americans, aided by their newly found political shills in theDemocratic party, controlled our courts, succeeding in appointing speciallychosen judges who they could count upon to order school and community integrationfor the sole beneift of African Americans, and then destroyed these infrastructuresjust by bringing their African American ways to these once civilized andproductive institutions and urban areas, many of which now lie desolateand broken forever, their productive European citizens dispersed, many ofthem closing their businesses and running for their lives. Some, who waitedtoo long, believing in trying to give integration a chance, lost billionsof dollars in property values. Some lost more than that. Many whites losttheir lives behind a business counter, blown away by an African Americanyouth in search of drug money.
African Americans didn't even have to try hard in order to insure destructionof our previously successful cities, businesses, and infrastructures. Afterall, millions of their African American ancestors have been practicing thistype of behavior in Africa, South America, The Carribean, and in the SouthernAmerican States for centuries. In addition, African Americans have the liberalsbehind them. These same liberals in the Soviet Union produced the most remarkableeconomic and human rights disasters in the history of the modern world,a testament to the failure of centralized planning and theorems unprovenby any successes whatsoever, only failures, and which, on the local level,have produced only destruction of once viable communities which had lastedmore than one hundred years without central government intervention andwhich would very likely have lasted many hundreds of years longer withoutcentral governmental intervention.
But the central government, claiming it knew better, intervened. In doingso, the federal government, run by wild-eyed, energetic liberals, fueledby unwise, untested, and unproven Marxist ideas about right and wrong inreference to economics, orchestrated the rapid destruction of our once prosperousand civilized urban areas through unwise policies fueled by ideologicalbelief structures and little else except inflated wind.
By the time that HUD, the Department of Justice, and the Democratic Partywere well under way, America's cities were finished. Now, the African Americans,having destroyed our cities block by block, are moving into our suburbsto destroy them in the same way. While doing so, the African Americans arecomplaining about us. And we are funding and feeding their new adventuresaimed at destroying what we now have, just as they destroyed what we ownedand worked hard to develop a generation ago in the cities.
African Americans are Third World Peoples.
You can't expect a goat to haul the amount of load that an elephant canhaul, and you can't get orange juice out of a turnip. You also can't getAfrican Americans, with their low IQ levels, probably from inheritance andgenetics, to pass high school in numbers greater than the 30% disaster theynow enjoy due mostly to the well wishes of the mostly African American faculties.
African Americans inherited a slightly higher IQ from interracial couplingwith Europeans in the New World. Their offspring possessed increased intellgenceover that of their African American parents. Anthropologists find this fundamentalimprovement in African American intelligence levels is more than stronglysuggested by long-standing evidence, because African IQ measurement reflectslower and lower intelligence levels the farther their gene structures getfrom contact with Europeans. In fact, Africans average only the level of60-65 IQ or moron status in the Central Congo River Region of the Republicof Zaire where whites almost never ventured.
African Americans complain about Europeans. However, you just can't takepeople like this and expect them to fit into a sophisticated European culturewhere the African Americans' white peers are so mentally superior in somany areas pertinent to success.
In such an unfair situation, African Americans will always be passed overby whites hoping to avoid the pitfalls of trying to work with African Americansof low intelligence levels, few of whom can easily succed in business. Thispassing over comes not from prejudice, but from the educationallly scientificobservation in public, private, and educational testing rooms that manyAfrican Americans are in the category of the feeble minded or below, farmore so and in greater per capita quantities than the African Americans'white competitors for jobs and grades.
We see African American failure everywhere we look. How? By low AfricanAmerican graduation rates. By hauty African American attitudes in many companieswhere African Americans work, companies who are reluctant to fire AfricanAmericans for cause, because they will be sued unfairly for racism, so theyjust grit their teeth and let unsuitable African Americans stay in placewhich adds to the cost of everything that whites, African Americans themselves,and governmental agencies must buy.
Just look at African American urban killing fields where the houses burnand fall, the rats move through the weeds where talented European Americansused to live in strong, poor communities that should have lasted another1,000 years but are now gone in a matter of a single decade or two, becausetoo many African Americans don't consider communities or housing to be anythingmore than a toss away item like a hamburger wrapper from MacDonalds.
That is one of the great differences noted between African Americans andEuropean Americans. Respect for community and the family and education.It is a chasm that cannot be breached. African Americans don't want to breachit. African Americans want to be just what African Americans are. And AfricanAmericans want to blame others for their situation and choices.
Nature made us different. There is no answer as to why. This is the wayit is and always has been and always will be. No political party or movement,no matter how many true believers African Americans can drudge up, can changethe building blocks of which the African American constiuents are biologically,physiologically, and neurologically composed. Groups of people are whatthey have a potential to be, and that is all they can ever be. That is whyAfrican Americans are better at the NBA and NFL. That is why many otherAmerican types are better at getting an education and keeping their propertiesclean and in repair. We are what we are. Period. We've tried to help AfricanAmericans for fifty years and spent $5 trillion. It didn't change a thing.
All such effort is lost and lends itself to societal destruction at thevery least and best. Fly over the ruins of the cities where African Americanshave lived and gaze upon the African Americans' mighty works. And weep foryour cities. Weep for your country's future.
It will come to this. A whimper, a scream, a tossing of bricks through yourwindow, a gunshot, and a bleeding wound. Your legs collapse from loss ofblood that cannot be stopped with towels. The darkening of your eyes....The African Americans have struck again. This time at you.

In Toronto toda,y I passed by a daring daylight double Bank robbery! Twoswarthy, darkling youths with bright, flashing, white teeth, catfish lips,and wide open, empty eyes, who spoke with Jamaican accents, held up twobanks at Lawrence Plaza . One youth was armed with a sawed-off double barrelledshotgun. The other youth had a sawed-off pump action shotgun.
Neat, huh? Anyway, during the robbery these African Americans forced everybodyto the ground whilst yelling obscenities and threatening to, "Blowyou motha fugga's away!" After grabbing large quantities of cash theyattempted to make their escape by running to a nearby housing complex werethey burst into an apartment on the fifth floor. Witnesses told police theirdirection of travel. The police dogs were called in. Soon, heavily armed(and I do mean heavily armed) swat teams arrived and cordoned off the area.After finding the two Jamaican savages holed up in an apartment, the swatteams began negotiations.
Approximately one hour later the two robbers surrendered without a shotbeing fired! An irate, terrorized witness from inside the bank--who wasstanding near me when the youths where taken out in handcuffs--started screamingobscenities at them. Within seconds a riot nearly occurred as, how shallI say it, "racial tones" were used by assorted parties! Quitea multicultural display, I must say!
Anyway, to make a long story short when I got home and went into the undergroundparking lot of my building I found to my dismay that my car as well as tenothers had been broken into and damaged!

What If There Weren't Any Whites in America
All of a Sudden
If the European Americans woke up today and discovered that all of the AfricanAmericans were gone, they would go to work like nothing happened. If AfricanAmericans woke up and discovered the European Americans were gone, theirgas pipelines, service stations, bus lines, electric utilities, hospitals,schools, factories, infrastructure, farms, and transportation would sooncease.
Soon, the African American welfare mother would run out of the food shecan get, probably in one to two weeks as the supermarkets were raided. Thenthe shelves in the stores would be forever empty. No one would be aroundto replace it. Because the infrastructure would no longer exist.
During the next three winters the African Americans would suffer tremendouslosses. They would have to burn what is left of the cities and then thesuburbs just to stay warm using wood from buildings just for heat, becauseno one would be able to keep the natural gas pipes operating. The food inthe supermarkets would not exist. Warfare among African American gangs woulderupt in the streets. African Americans killing African Americans, onlyfaster than now. A lot faster. Ninety-to-ninety-five percent of the AfricanAmerican population might die in two to three years. Life for African Americanswould be bleak, and there wouldn't be any Europeans to blame for the failureof the rapidly expiring African American population....
Is this the African American idea of perfection? No more Europeans? Possibly.For decades, many African Americans have considered their African Americanbrothers who have European American friends and acquaintances as "AfricanAmerican enemies" or "house niggers" or the "white man'sbootlickers."
While the European and Asian Americans keep the poor African Americans alive,they are busy complaining about our motives. African Americans complainthat whites run everything, but African Americans don't graduate from highschool, so how can African Americans expect to control anything when AfricanAmericans cannot even control African Americans? Whites, by comparison totheir African American brothers, know almost everything about the businessand political infrastructure. Whites go to work every day. Many AfricanAmerican people don't and won't work. They just sit in government projectsand watch soap operas and have illegitimate, fatherless babies. Many AfricanAmericans are welfare people.
In Africa, wherever the leaders kicked out the whites, the African economiescollapsed, and the Africans asked the whites to come back and help run thingssaying, "We are sorry. How can we make it up to you?" Once soharshly rejected, few whites returned, however. So, Africa languishes inignorance an economic depression as well as inter-tribal warfare.
The African race never built a single viable civilization. Timbuktu, forinstance is and was always only a mud city with fewer than 15,000-30,000population. "The magnificent City of Zimbabwe" is not even thesize of a single football field; it contains a few high walls made of roughstones and a cone-shaped building. Not much to brag about, but to hear AfricanAmerican historian revisionists, you would think that it was London, Rome,or Alexandria. Nothing is farther from the truth. The Kinshasa Highway thorughCentral Africa is a Road to Ruin--e.g., AIDS, murder, rape, robbery, assault,pagan religious rites. The African race isn't up to controlling its tribesor its Continent. Warefar, rage, and poverty abound.
If it weren't for white medicine, there would be only 30,000,000 Africansalive worldwide, about 1/20 of their present number. However, African Americanscontinue to complain about the white man.

We read daily about the problems of African American-on-White crime in urban,suburban, and rural areas for quite awhile. Liberals always try to lookthe other way at black-on-white crime, because it doesn't fit into theirpreconceived concepts about racial equality; they usually say that it'sno problem. Well, what are the facts? Are we who check the numbers reallyracists, or are we telling the honest truth? Here are some facts in interracialcrimes in U.S. News & World Report:

So, the liberals are wrong again. But that's not unusual.
Many, though not all, African Americans are the majority of criminal elementsin our society. And liberals are using African Americans to destroy manyaspects of our civilization and culture.

Did you ever notice how these liberals don't want to be around African Americanpeople at all, especially at night, even though they say they love AfricanAmericans? And, did you ever notice that they expect me and you to livenext to African Americans instead of them living next to them? And, didyou ever notice, when you protest you don't like it or you pick up and moveto where the liberals live, that you are suddenly called a "racist,bigotted, son of a bitch?"

The BJS statistics (Bureau of Justice Statistics) demonstrate a straightline equation in which African Americans during all time periods have beenfar more intensive in their criminal activities than the African Americans'white counterparts. Instead of applying themselves to productive pursuits,many African Americans have delighted in obscure religions, cults and churches,alcohol, drug abuse, sexual dysfunction, family dysfunction, and musicalfoci, wasting their lives in dissolution and amusements as opposed to honest,day-to-day work. Now that African Americans have been freed from the economicnecessity of working through the miracle of federal welfare programs, America'sAfrican Americans have, of course, entered into enjoying these addictionseven further.
Black Africa is worse. Crime there is three to ten times higher among theblack population.
What can America do? Nothing. The United States are declining in civility.There is no answer to our racial problems.
Many historians and anthropologists will speak in private, saying that,in the future, the USA will collapse as have other countries like Rome,Russia, Spain, and other empires of great wealth who succombed to multi-culturalismand its diluting effect on their civilization's rules and regulations. Themulti-culturalists in America led by the African Americans are on a winningtrajectory, and, with liberals passing laws to help multiculturalists, AfricanAmericans, and others to live irresponsible lives, our nation is being rapidlydepleted of its economic energies.

The answer to multiculturalism is not for the African Americans togo back to Africa. The answer is for the whites to emigrate to anothercountry that forbids African Americans to ever enter. These areas are,themselves, rapidly being destroyed through immigration.
If the whites were to leave America, African Americans here would simplyperish.
There would be no one around to send welfare checks and nothing to buy witha check if an African American had one. In addition, the African Americansno longer know how to farm or even garden to save their lives. So, afterthe food supply dwindles, African Americans would starve. In addition, thebridges, petroleum reserves, natural gas lines, electric generators, supermarkets,and all other institutions would be rendered inoperative. There are notenough African Americans with knowledge of these infrastructural modelsto sustain them, and, because of their low intelligence levels, there neverwill be enough African Americans to do this.
Let us go into dream time: If the whites leave, there would be an AfricanAmerican catastrophe. After the great collapse, and the dark ages that willlast hundreds of years, during which the population of African Americanswill be reduced to about 2 million from their present 30 million, composedof both African American and a few Hispanic survivors living in huts.
A new civilization might begin over another 700 year period, albeit besetwith the problem of low African American intelligence characteristics. Then,it, too, will destroy itself through immigration of foreign cultures thatdo not fit into the main civilization, setting up the seeds of its dissolution,probably by Europeans who would once again take over an emerging infrastructurewhich they themselves would produce and rise to the top.
Is Leaving America A Stupid Idea?

So, Get Acquainted With The Concept.
Leaders have been leaving their countries with their citizens to escapemulti-culturalism for all of human history. Emigration to achieve culturalintegrity has been happening for thousands of years. The Romans broughtslaves to their City from all parts of the known world. When slaves werefreed, they stayed. There was little work for them, and they were fairlylazy and uncultivated in Roman ways. So, they went on public welfare, publichousing, food stamps, and other non-incentives as have African Americanssince they were freed from their Southern Slave Owners. Finally, after thefreed slaves wrecked what Rome had been and assumed 50% of their population(more than 500,000 freed slaves on the dole), the patricians, who were beingovertaxed to support all of these scumbags who did not want to work, almostall got up and moved to Constantinople in 330 AD just to get the hell awayfrom them and their multi-cultural horrors. These patricians were educatedpersons, and they kept Rome alive there for another 1,100 years by keepingtrashy people out from the beginning.
After the original Romans left their city to the multi-culturals, Europesoon went into a dark age in which only a few thousand Europeans survivedin squalor, kind of like the African Americans here in America live now.The multicultural Europeans were ignorant, too, having been deprived ofall civilized objects--e.g., books, mathematics, agricultural tools, andreligion.
The Brits made the same mistake. Great Britain was a great empire. Proudof their abilities, they invited people from all over their empire to livein England. What was once a white enclave became a multicultural human zoo.Asians, Indo-Europeans, Arabs, and Africans are now everywhere, each wantingtheir own religion, language, and culture to predominate. No one likes it,but the English are so civilized they can't get themselves together to reverseit, because that would be admitting that their leaders and their assumptionsabout people getting along were totally wrong. Of course, that's obvioussince racial riots erupt almost every evening somewhere in Great Britaineach summer.
As an ancedotal, ad hominem sideline, when I traveled to Britain in the1970's, I stayed in a Pakistani Bed and Breakfast. The Pakistani owner triedto break into the room in the middle of the night. He was stopped by a littlesurprise that I and my friend set up for him at 4 a.m. when he tried toenter the room. The pillow and mattress in the bed had dried blood stains,a warning to us that we were not staying in good, moral hands. Would a trueEnglander have done this to guests? No one knows. Everywhere else I stayedwas run by white Englanders, raised in the Mother Land. No one of them triedto harm me.
Canada and the French have their problems, too, just like every other multi-culturalarrangement. If integration works, why haven't the Canadians integrated?That's easy. They don't want to. In fact, many of the French want to succeed,and many feel that someday the French will leave indeed. I doubt if theEnglish will miss them much. They already live separately, and the Canadiangovernment is only a lose and fragile arrangement of manners. They are tryingto stretch out the separation as long as possible, but it is coming.

Now thatthe Soviets are gone, the leaders of these countries are once again kickingthe Russians out and demanding the right to their cultural heritage andthe power to rule without intervention. The leaders' answer to the Russians?Deportation. Russians and other cultural ethnics are being forcefully deported,sent back to where they came from and where these older countries believethat they rightfully belong.

Are Liberals idealists? No. White Liberals almost always live in white enclaves.In fact, the more liberal and pro-integrationist a liberal is, the fartherhe lives from African Americans.
There is an old statement that may illustrate how and why this is. "Nothing defeats integration better than a good doseof African Americans..."
And the liberals know this. They are afraid to live in African Americansareas. Of course, they want others to live there. Just look at PresidentClinton posing as a multiculturalist and sending his daughter to a lilywhite Quaker school in Washington, D.C., at $10,000 per year to keep heraway from those nasty African Americans who live just outside the WhiteHouse. Of course, he would deny that right to others who can't afford thatoption.
Are you a liberal and an integrationist? Fine. Go and integrate. Do it now.Go live in the ghetto with the African Americans you SAY you love. Afterten years, tell us how much you love African Americans.

I have decided that the African Americans are going to overtake and rapidlydestroy my entire community, ethnically cleansing away the whites as istheir historical housing style. I know this by looking at the other communitiesaround me where they have already done this.
I've seen them ethnically cleanse 24 other communities around me over thelast 30 years, tossing out all the white inhabitants through their incivilities,crimes, voilence, murders, rapes, and ghetto blaster noise levels; so Iknow what's happening, and I know it's inevitable. So, you will be happyto know that I am going to try to find a place farther out, about ten-twentyyears from the next African American onslaught (after the African Americanshave destroyed my house in 2-10 years along with the rest of my neighborhood,which, if left to whites would last 1,000 years.) My house is 110 yearsold, and it's like new. After I leave, it won't last ten years. The AfricanAmericans in my city eat houses like locusts. I believe that it comes fromtheir African inheritance.
All those years of living in grass huts in Africa along the Congo River.After they toss their fecal matter on the ground under the windows of theirgrass huts long enough, they say, "Time to move, I bet," burnout their village and build another just down the road. So, in America theAfrican Americans naturally treat brick houses the same way, because theyhave always lived that way. Just look in their African American eyes asthey scream at each other, toss punches, and barbeque on their front porchand swing their African American asses in the middle of my once quiet street,all at the behest of HUD planners. I have. It doesn't sit well.
And I don't like it. I consider it uncivil. So, I'm leaving. I don't wantto see these African American community killers and societal scumbags anotherminute. So, I'm going to be outa' here, baby.

I may be wrong, but I believe that African Americans are becoming totallyirrelevant. African Americans are collecting government money, and AfricanAmericans have a vested interest in big government. African Americans areso wrapped up in the blame game that African Americans don't apply themselvesin educational endeavors. African Americans are killing themselves in greatnumbers. If African Americans try coming into white areas and killing us,we have a surprise for African Americans. Even liberals will kill to protecttheir families' lives.
Notice how the middle class African Americans have fled from the citiesto be with the whites? It's because they work, and because they work, theyrub shoulders with other workers. Civil Rights to destory houses doesn't exist. If the poor are destroyingthe houses in a city, they must be stopped.
In St. Louis, the housing stock has plummetted from 1,000,000 units to only325,000 units in only 30 years. In fact, the same estimated 100,000 losershave been wrecking these houses year by year and unit by unit, but the city,state, and federal governments have made no laws to stop them. HUD actuallyputs those who wreck their dwellings into another place right away, evenif they've wrecked the last place. HUD doesn't care. Civil rights takesprecedence over sanity in protecting our housing.
It should be a worse crime to destroy a house than to kill a person. Here'swhy. When you kill a person, it affects his or her family and friends. However,when you kill a house that is built to last 1,000 years such as the brickhouses in St. Louis, you kill it for 50 generations of people who cannotutilize it. This affects 2,000 people. This is a grave EVIL.
I propose a law which forces persons who have wrecked any house to takeout house insurance before being issued an occupancy permit again, insurancewhich would be used to rebuild their present house which they are goingto live in from the ground up if necessary. Insurance on such social loserswould probably be expensive, but this would give them a real economic incentivenot to destroy a house and would punish them severely for doing so.
The point is to protect the housing stock in American cities and suburbsfrom marginal and highly destructive individuals. We cannot continue toallow this.
No money for insurance? Okay. The alternative is to give them a clapboardhouse with no appliances so they can't wreck it. Clapboard is so strong,no one can wreck it easily.
But, no.
HUD wants to give them a brand new $120,000 house, far more expensive thanworking people can afford. They are jerks. And the cities are doomed. Wemight as well just give up. It's all over. The country is on its way rightdown the sewer. Eventually it will be like Africa and Mexico. Filth, poverty,ignorance, violent governments, death in the streets, disease, etc. Then,they will remember these as the good old days as they whine about theirproblems. Because they will whine no matter what.
