This denial was in directopposition to this part of the Covenant which states that "the rightof self-determination" shall not be taken away. In addition, the EuropeanAborigines who live in America are granted the right to "freely determinetheir political status and freely pursue their economic, social and culturaldevelopment," but the U.S. Government is denying them their rightsto maintain their cultural identity in favor of a government sponsored genocidalpolicy of "diversity planning" which is enforced by HUD, EEOC,and other federal agencies whose plans to "socially engineer"the population into adherence to ideological aims of "diversity infusions"into their neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and other institutions hascreated a lowered legal status for the majority population and resultedin the disintegration of the social system, cities, and inner suburbs.
