THE REPUBLICAN TEN PLANKS
1. The right of every American to own property and land; applicationof all rents of land to private purposes and reenacting of homesteadinglaws to guaranty private land ownership.
2. An evenly distributed consumption tax or national sale tax.
3. The guaranty of all rights of inheritance.
4. Federal guaranty to American citizens of private property rights andno confiscation regardless of any crimes committed.
5. De-centralization of credit by the means of competitive banking, withoutstate capitol and an exclusive monopoly for the federal treasury to printand coin currency as the only legal tender except privately owned silverand gold.
6. De-centralization of Communication and interstate transportation lawsand placed into the hands of the several states and controlled by it's citizensby democratic vote to "Guaranty a Republican Form Of Government"per U.S. constitution to balance our country.
7. The guaranty of factories and instruments of production owned by privatecitizens and protected from all types of federal despotism and regulatedby the several states and the citizenry their of to create a 'Republican'balance of government per U.S. constitution.
8. The choice of all to work in a national free market. Establishment andguaranty of federal civil rights laws to insure that all Americans haveequal opportunity to compete, prosper and become productive capitalistsregardless of race, religion or gender. To make enterprise free by eliminatingorganized price-fixing and other monopolistic activity, creating fair competitionwith special consideration of the poor and middle-class to become successfulland owners and capitalists by redistributing opportunity and not wealthby a graduated regulatory system.
9. De-centralization of agriculture and manufacturing laws. States citizensby democratic vote to regulate agriculture and manufacturing industriesof their state without federal interference to "Guaranty a RepublicanForm Of Government" per U.S. constitution to balance our country.
10. De-centralization of education and labor laws. States citizens by democraticvote to regulate education and labor laws free of federal interference to"Guaranty a Republican Form Of Government" per U.S. constitutionto balance our country.

6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the handsof the state.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state;the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of thesoil generally in accordance with a common plan.
8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies,especially for agriculture.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolitionof all distinctions between town and country by a more equitable distributionof the populace over the country.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children'sfactory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrialproduction, etc.
