Richard Skelton's
Hate Murder
Why is it that a white
man can be murdered by black kids,
and it's not a hate
cirme?

Civil Rights is always
controversial. Those who demand more rights for their groups step
on the previous rights of others. Someone has to give up something
for someone else to gain something. This causes dissention, debate,
and numerous studies of each situation. This section of American
Civil Rights Review is dedicated to these discussions.
Richard Skelton was a
white man who was murdered by a mob of about 25 black kids. Does
his death rate anything less than a "hate crime" just
because Richard was white and not black?
